BBC One – Watchdog recently did a show which outlined the real cost of printer cartridges. Sarah Dyckhoff, Managing Director of Cartridge World Aylesbury, says “an HP 301 cartridge, which is one of their newer ones that has 5ml of ink in it. How does Managed Print Services work?

At the heart of managed print services is the remote management of the devices.  This means that all of your printers, copiers and multifunction devices are monitored 24/7, removing the time consuming responsibility of controlling and managing the devices internally. Key benefits are that consumables are automatically ordered and delivered just when you need them. Furthermore, many technical issues that are normally escalated internally will be fixed remotely; in the event an engineer is required on site, they are automatically dispatched to site with the tools and parts necessary to fix the machine.
